Yard Sale Invite Flyer for the neighborhood

  Got STUFF?  We sure do!  HOW ABOUT A YARD SALE? But we live so far out nobody will come!    What if a bunch of us had one on the same weekend?   I’m Jenn, I live on Fishpond Road next to my neighbor Kat.  20+ years ago I tried to have a yard sale with little success. Inspired by the Tree Streets yard sale in Johnson City, I thought… why not a South Central Chuckey community yard sale?  Keep in mind this is not limited to your stuff. We hope people will sell their crafts, farm goods, refreshments, baked goods, etc. The more we have to offer, the more people will come.  HOW ABOUT AUGUST 4th, 5th and 6th? (fri, sat sun) We are going to start these invitations on our road Fishpond / Horse Creek rd, and extend all the way out to 107.  Since we live on Fishpond (/Horse Creek Rd)we started calling it Fishpond YardSale for simplicity and will be targeting participation between us and 107.      Kat and I have gotten the...

  Community Announcement! Fishpond Rd South Central area of Chuckey, TN will be hosting a community yard sale on August 4, 5, 6, 2023 and we want you to participate! The more help and donations we can muster, the better advertised we can be! If you can donate anything, it would be most appreciated. The more we have, the more people we can reach.  Here are some ways you can participate right now: Sign up to be a stop on the South Central community yard sale circuit  Donate money towards advertising  Donate time and/or materials to help create signs Sign up for email announcements Spread the word! Tell your friends, families, churches, organizations, hand out flyers, post on your social media. put a flyer up at local establishments Contact us to find out what else you can do to help.
